The ladder works just as described. Very easy to store when collapsed. I used it to clean out my gutters and had no issues.

Most of the extendable ladders have 15-16” steps which is a big step going up a ladder. The 11.8” steps on this ladder are perfect, like a normal step ladder. Nice and sturdy and great to store. Jay C

Works well, convenient storage.

I got this to hang security cameras around my house and this thing is impressive. It kind of makes one feel like a boss because it's so out of the norm and far away from a regular ladder.It's light weight but not cheap feeling. Sturdy but not too heavy. When it's collapsed and strapped it is very easy to tote around. There is even a grip to place your hand on when you carry it around.The springer clips on each rung are easy to use and with so many it's easy to adjust it to fit any project within minimum and maximum range. I very much recommend this to anybody looking for an extension ladder.

Great ladder. Holds well bottom leg covers are great and hold well. Just make sure each rung is locked in well.

yeah well despite trying to be careful, when my finder got trapped, I had a few words to say. The other is that it is NOT sturdy at all. I would return it but my window has past.No I do not recommend this ladder
