As long as I put it on (I place on the bottom of my foot) at least 45min-1hr ahead (the earlier the better), this works great for me.As others have said, it doesn't work miracles, but it definitely helps ... a lot - if you have a little more than usual. Don’t waste your money. Influencers push this for their cut but I’ve tried them twice and they didn’t work.

My friend who is a nurse practitioner recommended these to me when I told her that even a couple glasses of wine make me feel like death the next day. They work! Put one on when I know I’m going to have several drinks and I wake up feeling great. They do have a strong vitamin smell but I’m willing to deal with it. I ordered other ones to try out because they were much cheaper but they didn’t work.
