Love love love this shampoo and conditioner. Im on a budget so I was affraid of buying shampoo and conditioner at this price. My long wavy hair and my daughters stayed frizzy all the time. Time came for a change, my huband got a report from the doc this kidney levels were bad. He got conviced to change all his body care to organic. Watched my husband have to clean out the drain for years from hair loss, thinking it was due to the medicine. So he went organic .After a week we went to clean out the drain as usual, my husband had major hair loss ,and to our amazment no hair loss. Also good kidney report. We cut back on sugar too. But that supprise lead us to change all the family to organic products. We tried many different kinds and there is none better than this that we have found. I got to ditch the after shower products. This not only cleans and conditions our hair but leaves it smooth, without frizz, and noticable nice looking.

I’ve repurchased this again and again, even after trying other brands, because it leaves my hair exceptionally soft and beautifully clean. The scent is absolutely divine.

Originally, I LOVED this product. I switched from using olaplex because of cost. I loved the way it made my curls look shiny, bouncy, and hydrated. But I also noticed that I was shedding a lot more than I ever have. Didn’t mind that since I have super thick hair and I thought that maybe it was just cuz I don’t brush my hair often (except for in the shower). Then one day, I’m styling my hair with a middle part, and I noticed a massive bald spot. Then a few weeks later, I noticed another one, and they were starting to connect. I talked to my doctor and she said it could be stress, but I’m not nearly as stressed as I have been in the past, and I didn’t lose my hair then. I asked her if it could be the new shampoo/conditioner i started using around the same time I noticed these changes. She said it’s possible and suggested that I switch back to olaplex. So I’ve gone ahead and done that. I am only 24, this is not something that runs in my family, and like I said, I have incredibly thick hair! So fingers crossed I get my hair back because my curls a big part of me and are what give me my confidence. I don’t know if this is an allergy issue, but I wanted to share my story so you can keep this in mind if you notice these changes in yourself too. UPDATE!!! my hair has shown improvement. I’ve been looking into this more and found that olaplex may actually be the problem. There have been reports that olaplex causes hair loss when you stop using it. So perhaps that was it. I went to my doctor, got bloodwork done, found that I have low ferritin which makes it hard for hair to grow back, so she put me on an iron supplement and gave me clobetasol to help. Fingers crossed it keeps improving! Another update: stopped using this product altogether, my partner uses it and he’s not losing his hair so I’m convinced that this product was not the issue.

Good quality and packaging but, unfortunately, it leaked in the box before arrival!
