Q: Mine showed up with no instructions. The power button turns red, green, and blue when turned on. what do these different colors denote?

Red is high, Blue is Medium, Green is low. When you connect the power and hold the button the pouch will go through the series of Red, Blue, Green. Press the button to find the heat level you want. By the way the instructions are listed in the Amazon description near the bottom of the paragraph.
