Useless . The alarm did not work to tell me the two frequencies of light were operational. Returned to the supplier.as there was no customer service .

The Kinetik Wellbeing Allergy Reliever – Hayfever Infrared Nasal Therapy arrived new as ordered, and I followed the assembly instructions exactly. Unfortunately, the device was defective straight out of the box. Only one of the nasal nodes turned on, making it unusable. Beyond the defect, the device feels very cheap for what is supposed to be a medical style wellbeing product. I have no confidence in its quality or reliability, and I do not even want to attempt a replacement. Save your money and look elsewhere.
