Once receipt, we charged this watch with no problem. My daughter used it and liked it. It promptly died and when we went to charge it, the charging port no longer accepted the charger. I would not recommend this product.

My granddaughters loved these! They are 4 and 2. Had to get matching pink. They play music, games, use the flashlight, and love taking pictures. I'm truly impressed with this watch! It isn't the most user friendly in terms of buttons but they figured it out fast. Highly recommend !
