Not vert smudge proof at all! Not sure about other people's eyes and skin that say this doesnt budge and is fabulous etc because i don't understand that at all? I didn't use any creams on skin no prep nothing I put onto clean dry skin so I can review this fully before adding full face of makeup. I just applied a quick wing on one eye and small smokey look just on the top lid on the other eye. (Did not apply any on bottom of both eyes) and not even 3 hours later its all a massive mess! Transfer all over bottom on both. I give this 0 stars It doesn't do what it says at all. No foundation no mascara nothing else was used to test this. I didn't even test in the waterline good job i didn't. So unfortunately now... I hope I can return this. This review is not spons and its my real honest review.
