Ibanez MD39C-NT Acoustic Guitar (Natural), Designed in Japan and Made Specially for India

Well an Ibanez guitar and that to for less than 6K "SOUNDS" too good to believe. And with this new "Made for India" model, Ibanez just stricked the right "CHORD". The guitar build quality is too good for its price point. Here is what you get at this price which no one else provides 1. Rosewood fretboard and bridge as well. Others generally gives plastic bridge at this price. 2. Spruce Wood body of really great quality. 3. Fret with struss rod. 4. Sounds absolutely great with good cutaway design. 5. Size of 39 is just correct for a beginner. Not to big like 41 and too small like 38. 4. Action is just great for beginners. And to top them all, its the Ibanez brand, loved by celebrity guitarist across the world (including my personal favorite Joe Satriani) Cons: Well, nothing in particular apart from the lack of colour options if that bothers one and that it is made in China (So are Iphone and every other thing you see around today). Also, there is nothing in the pack other than the guitar, not even a pick. About the seller... Bajaoo is byfar the best online music instrument seller and Amazon is delivery was prompt and safe taking well care of the fragile instrument. For someone Looking for your 1st 6 string... This is the best option.

The stock strings were not sounding good. Changed with daddario strings and the sound improved a lot. Good sustain. Had to shave the saddle to lower action a bit. Needs setup by a professional to improve playability. But thats true for all guitars. Feels solidly built. The stock tuners are not good. Don't react immediately to tuning. Don't compare its sound quality to F310 or AD810. It has boxy kind of trapped sound probably because either the top laminate is too thick or the bracing is overdone. But atleast it will not have issues of warped top. Good for beginners for learning to play. Size is comfortable. Not recommended for recording or live concerts.

Outstanding guitar

My first guitar ever and after more than 6 months of use, no problems at all. The finish looks still great, the sound is obviously very subjective but i really enjoy it, picking n strumming. It has a good size for beginner and low fret level. The cut out is a big plus for me Playing the highest notes. The strings that come with it are already pretty good! So far no negative things to mention, well maybe that for taller people like me 6‘3“ the corpus could be a bit small so that one needs to bend a bit with upper body to play proper with right arm. But that s a suggestion and no crit actually

Guitar is very good. It is value for money. But I requested to retailer that you should be added some protection and shipped it with 2 boxes.
