This suitcase is just what I wanted! I ordered the 24" in Got it in the green colour, so it should stand out on the baggage conveyor belt. I really liked this case. It was a lovely colour easy to use, and the wheels glide well. Got in on offer as well, which is a plus. Hopefully, it'll hold up, but I won't know until I use it a few times. Handle length is great. You can have ot a 2 lengths. Lightweight, which I love. Seems very sturdy for its weight and functionality is good. Can't say anything on scratch resistant since I haven't used it yet. There's loads of room on the inside for me for a few days' trip away. Overall I'm really happy with it.

Great quality, just not as wide as I had expected compared to some other carry ons. Arrived on time and love the colour.

This suitcase is just what I wanted! I ordered the 24" in orange as it is one of my favourite colours and should stand out on the baggage conveyor belt. It is lightweight for a suitcase of this size, arrived on time, in perfect condition and well wrapped. I haven't used it yet but it appears to be strong with plenty of room for a 10 day holiday. Inside it has an extra pocket which also helps secure the clothing, as well as straps. A nice touch! The 360 deg wheel turn is so easy to manoeuvre and the adjustable handle height is very useful. It also has a TSA lock which was very easy to set - ideal for travel to the USA and recommended by them as they can easily access the suitcase if they need to without having to break the lock. I'm really looking forward to my holiday with my new acquisition!

The media could not be loaded. Love the colour of this suitcase. Good value if you manage to get it on offer. Think I paid about £45 for it. It is easy to pull along and quite lightweight. The plastic outing does scratch incredibly easy though which is a shame as after one trip it was quite scratched, it also feels a bit flimsy. Let’s see how it lasts.

Bought the Orange 28" suitcase. Arrive in perfect condition, well packed and plenty of room. I have already used it on international journeys and had not issues. Zips works great as does wheels. Very easy to either carry or wheel around.So impressed I am going to buy a 20' one to match.. fantastic value and recommend.

Love it, great room, love the colour, just the right size for small trips

This 28-inch hard shell suitcase, priced at £56.09, has a durable polypropylene (PP) exterior. PP is a robust, lightweight plastic known for its impact resistance, which makes it a great choice for protecting your belongings during travel.The suitcase’s 360-degree spinner wheels performed flawlessly, making it a breeze to maneuver around the airport, even when fully packed. The 3-level ergonomic handle also helped with easy movement.The suitcase comes with two strong handles—one on the top and one on the side. Both felt secure when handling my case, which weighed 23kg at its heaviest. While I wouldn’t recommend lifting this weight for long periods, the handles held up well for placing the case on the conveyor belt and into transport.Although the suitcase is advertised as scratch-resistant, this wasn’t entirely the case. My boyfriend accidentally scratched it on some cement steps, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the case held up well throughout my trip to Tenerife and back, showing no other signs of wear.One feature is the TSA-recognised locks, which allow airport screeners to unlock, inspect, and relock the case if needed—an added security benefit.In terms of storage, the suitcase is spacious. It features two hollow sides: one side with a zip closure and a small mesh pocket, and the open side with a garment restraint strap to secure your clothes.I was able to pack for a 5-night stay, including day and evening outfits, swimwear, toiletries, straighteners, a hairdryer, three pairs of shoes, and a towel, with room to spare. As usual, I overpacked, but it’s nice to have the extra space for options.Overall, while the scratch resistance could be better, the suitcase is a great size, easy to handle, and provides excellent functionality for travel.

I chose this suitcase set as a birthday gift for myself after countless hours of research to find the best option. Unfortunately, despite my high expectations, the large suitcase only survived a single trip before it became unusable, with a jammed handle that no longer retracts. Considering my last suitcase lasted over five years, this was a huge disappointment. I also noticed another customer review describing the exact same issue, which suggests this defect is not an isolated incident.After reporting the problem to the seller, they initially promised to send a replacement. However, I had to follow up multiple times, only to be told that DPD had allegedly attempted to contact me several times with no success. This is simply not true, as I was home the entire time and even received other DPD deliveries. I find it extremely dubious that the seller claims to have shipped the replacement from China on the 18th, only to have DPD supposedly attempt delivery the very next day.It’s baffling and frankly concerning that the seller would resort to such excuses. This experience has been frustrating and feels downright unethical. I’ll be contacting Amazon to report my experience with this seller’s handling of my purchase and warranty issue.
