Well… I believe it is a quality product. However for me I haven’t noticed any benefit by taking it. Nevertheless I will continue to take it until I run out. Again, for me many times I don’t realize the effect supplements have on me until after I stop taking them. If it changes, I will update my review.

No positive or negative effects noted
No side effects, no bad taste. But I tried them to see if pomegranate would mitigate menorrhagia, and they did nothing whatsoever.
