It's a beautiful pipe. But I don't know alot about them. The only thing is the screen you put in the bottom to is a bit weird, but I was able to make it work.

Over all it's a nice size. I would've had gave it a five star, but the mouth piece that goes on it doesn't quite stay in place.

Pulls good come with a removable metal filter”which I removed” comes with the temper tool couple of pipe cleaners and a removable metal screen, in my opinion it really doesn’t need.

Go to a tobacco store and buy your pipe. This is trash. metal insert screwed into it, such a mess to try to clean. Never seen a pipe where I had to unscrew basically a large thimble out of it! Nice box and tools that came with it though

I've been trying to get my boyfriend to switch from smoking cigarettes to smoking a pipe, but it turns out there's a tiny learning curve involved. This pipe set has been a good place for him to start. A pipe-smoking friend of ours says the metal filter is an "unnecessary complication" but I can't say from personal experience. It seems to draw fine and we're happy with the both look of the pipe and the variety of accessories included.

I got this kit as I'm newer to pipe smoking but have relatives that have pipes from decades ago and still use them today.I got good use out of it after I removed the filter, I thought it did not help the experience at all, and when I showed it to experienced smokers they said it was good for a starter. Good to get the feel for pipe smoking and learn the ropes. Learn how to pack it, learn how to light it without scorching the bowl etc. and then when you're good at it you get a good pipe that you can keep forever.That's exactly what I'm doing. Using this is as a starter and upgrading when I make all my early mistakes!
