Q: How many catheter are in the packag, just 1?

There are 30. Standard length , is fine for my husband. There is a blue string it helps you to pull it on.

Q: Is this a box with only 1?

The box contains 30 individually packaged condom cathers....select the size you need when ordering!

Q: Is there any way to make removal easier and less painful?

My husband uses "Cavilon No Sting Barrier Film, Wipe, No Alcohol, Sterile, 3344 ". They gave him these wipes to use in the hospital with the condom catheters. This holds the catheter in place better, and makes it easier to remove. Hope this helps.

Q: Would this size fit a child?

Probably not, although it would depend on the age of the child. Most children would require a sport-length (shorter shaft) and a smaller diameter. As with all external catheters, it is better to know measurements for each size.
