Very pleased...magnet appears to be NdFeB....very strong. This tool picked up an old metal case Craftsman drill bit set (with about 30 drill bits in it), which is fairly heavy.Good job seller, who sent the "real" orange handle version, not the cheap knockoff.

I have never had a flexible tool Ike this but now I will make sure one stays In my collection of tools. It bends and stays the shape you bend it to so that’s nice the magnet is strong but not crazy. Over all I would get again

I have several length adjustable magnet tools but I didn't have one that flexible like this. I like the screw driver like handle, could be a little larger but it works. I had no issues with adjusting the flexible neck to go around objects with testing it out. Also tried items with a reasonable weight to it, no issues. Also tested was a 10lb and 25lb weight, no issues at all with the 10lb weight. The 25lb weight was past the rated claim and found out it was strong enough to pull one side off the ground once it was fully engaged to a flat part of the weight. It would not pull the weight 100% off the ground. I was satisfied that it could lift 20lb but honestly don't think it would hold with any fast movement to it. Basically it's strong and very useful. Key thing I would grab this for is a dropped tool and it would have no issues with that.

Only thing i have found is it could be a little more stiff to hold the shape if you bend it to reach around something

I used this tool the very first time I worked on my vehicle. I always seem to be dropping bolts and nuts into my engine bay or in the frame. Normally I just leave them and get a new one. This tool made snatching them up easy.

I like the reach this has and the ability to adjust it to whatever angles I need. The magnet is very strong as well. This type of tool is always good to have on hand and would make a good gift to anyone lacking one.

Surprisingly rigid when bent (all of the other tools we've ever had like this one were super flexible. You could insert them into a bendy pipe and they'd bend with it), and holds it shape really well. The magnet is strong and the whole tool feels durable, heavy duty and well made. Recommended!
