Excellent quality pan for home cooks
I wanted a “buy it for life” stainless steel saucier to improve my sauce game. After researching many brands, I chose the Made In 3 quart size.Yes it is a bit pricey but I expect to use it for 20 years.- it’s 5 ply stainless steel with solid riveting. I did not want a cheesy nonstick pan with plastic handle.- Came with a lid. Not all brands offer a lid.- Safe to put in oven, they say up to 800 degrees but I won’t be doing that!- Not too heavy to pick up and move around. Nice long fluted handle, easy to grip with a kitchen towel.- Scratch resistant, though it will pick up a patina over time. Don’t use anything other than stainless steel cleaner or Bar Keeper’s Friend to maintain it. No steel wool or chain cleaners!- Works on an induction cooktop.I use mine to make sauces, for quickly sauteeing a chicken breast, to caramelize onions, to make rice and to dress pasta in sauce. It’s a wonderful pot and definitely has improved my home cooking. Well, that and watching Gordon Ramsey videos.

Versatile & beautiful
This is my first purchase of a pricey pan - at nearly $200 a single pan, I sure am expecting it to be of good quality and want it to last more than just a couple of years. Also, my first time trying out this company Made In. I can't comment about the longevity of it yet, only almost a month in, but so far I do like it a lot. Very versatile - I can make stir fry, pan grilled dishes, baked dishes and even soup due to its wonderful depth. The size is great addition for my small family of 3 for when I make batch food, and serves well for when I'm hosting a dinner with friends (usually 6-10). Also really like the lid being all stainless steel, not glass. It's not light, but the weight isn't heavy enough to cause strain to my wrist & lower back when lifting and washing. Pictures are of my first time using it. Was making stroganoff and this browned the meat (almost 2lbs) perfectly. No complains. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality all-stainless steel pan.

Great value!
This is a very nice looking and well constructed pot. It is superconductive and heats up very quickly. Water boils in minutes in it. The handle stays cool when cooking. I cook a lot and I appreciate having well-made equipment like this pot. Made In has a video that everyone should watch regarding how to cook and clean using stainless steel pots.

Big Beautiful and of Such High Quality!
This is my second Made-In pan and I just love it. I love both and plan to get more. I am a good cook and I cook daily, and even though they are a tad heavy to lift when my arthritis is bothering me, I do it anyway because the pans are JUST THAT GOOD!! The food is heated through and through, the pans heat evenly and the sides are also hot and that lovely heavy stainless steel is superb! The price is high, but if you cook like I do, you will love these pans by Made-In.

Great pan, but
Arrived in timely manner, well packed, beautiful pan that cooks really well. I would buy it again and recommend. Draws back were the handle is long and kind of high so does not fit my hand well, I found it tries to slip around when pouring but fits my husbands hand very well and he likes it a lot. It is heavy which I expected it is 5 ply. It heats evenly had not trouble with hot spots or burning. It did scratch very easily the bottom got scratches the first time I used it from being on the stove eye, the inside got scratched but I do not know how. It scratches much easier than my All Clad but I still really like this pan and will use it often.
