Weight vest
It is a bit sloppy. It also looks like body armor. I have to tighten it a lot to wear it. I won’t wear it outside. I don’t want anyone thinking I am wearing body armor.

Nice vest
Great quality. I use it for walking and working out. I walk 5 days a week and I workout 3 days a week. I use the best with 2 lbs ankle weights and 1 lbs gloves. It makes my workouts more intense.

Good addition to the home gym
Great for HIIT and cardio workouts, as well as shadowboxing and bag work. It’s heavy enough to make a difference (with the ability to lighten the load as you see fit). I’m happy with the 20lbs as I am not a professional athlete looking to blast through a 300lb lineman coming at me off the snapAdjustable straps help you find a good fit.I’ve used it probably over 50 times with no noticeable wear.I do suggest airing it out and letting it dry when done working out.

Great for Use
I had to wear a 14 pound vest for my JST (police department test). Found this one and worked out with it. Helped me out a lot with putting extra weight on the body. Would def recommend if anyone has a specific psychical test to prep for or just to add weight to your normal workout routine!

One of the pockets doesn’t close securely.
Overall this is a great weighted vest, my only complaint is one of the velcro straps for the weight department on my my back keeps opening up mid workout. This is especially inconvenient as it’s done this mid run. I almost lost the weight, but I was running in a neighborhood and just so happened to be running back down the same street on the opposite side when I saw it across the the street. I’ve since stopped using that pouch when I take it on runs so I don’t lose one of the bags.I feel that this is more suited for a man. On me it’s rather large/bulky. Is you’re a medium or larger framed women it may be a better fit. That being said I’m using this vest to train for distance running/skiing while towing my nearly 11 year old son who is disabled and primarily uses a wheel chair, but he also has a speciality jogging stroller that allows him to participate in adaptive sporting. This piece of equipment has a bar that attaches to the front of the jogger, at the end of the bar is a waist belt and a vest that the runner wears to pull the person in the stroller. This allows me to push my two youngest kids in their jogging stroller and hopefully someday soon we will be able to take my son cross country skiing. The towing mode is difficult for me as I’m not use to pull weight while I’m running and find myself becoming fatigued faster and my form becoming sloppy risking injury. So I’ve been using this weighted vest while doing a standard run to help acclimate my body to having additional weight on my frame, and allowing me to work on maintaining my form and improving my endurance. So far it’s work well, with the exception of the one pocket. I may look into getting a vest specifically made for women, but so far this has been useful for my training.
