Great for back paon
iI take dose of this remedy before doing housework, vacuuming, to prevent pain and to relief pain at other times. Also helped my daughter with very painful back after a long day of standing at work. She was in great pain, flat on her back. It helped her in just two doses, 20 minutes apart! Highly recommend this when arnica doesn't help!
