What a quality product for the price!!! It’s excellent and accurate. Display very easy to read, will change temp immediately from one piece of meat to the next immediately no waiting, super easy to use and clean is a breeze. Definitely much better than I was really expecting and a quality built product and the price you can’t beat!! Will buy a few for gifts as well, my daughter works in food service and says she has seen nothing better!

An accurate temperature probe is a vital cooking tool. If you don't use a temperature probe you are making cooking and baking far too hard on yourself. This temperature probe has a vital function where you can reach in, use the probe, push the 'lock' button and not have to stick you head down in the oven or barbeque to read the device. This probe is also waterproof , has a backlight, and can be recalibrated. Buy this and all your baking and grilling and cooking will be easier!

This is the best thermometer I’ve had. Great choice and is reliable. Have had it for about a year and still looks new and battery still working. No water has gotten inside of it and I clean it under water in the sink. No issues. Love that it lights up and long handle to keep hot oil etc from getting to your hand when using. Would buy again

I don't know why I waited so long to get this for home use, but it's the industry standard in professional kitchens, and there's a good reason for that.I keep it stuck on the front of the fridge with the magnet, so it's always within reach when I'm cooking. It's super easy to use, instant read, easy to read display, and super well built. I've had it for quite a while and used it countless times, and the battery is still going strong.Don't waste your money on inferior thermometers, this one is a steal at this price!

I like the large digital display and the quick read. Being able to "lock" the temperature display is great if you are reaching into a hot oven to measure the temp so you don't have to stick your head at an awkward angle to read it. The light is nice too. It's definitely an upgrade over my previous thermometer!
