Basic but Works
There is nothing fancy about this - the surface texture is smooth black plastic but it does what it's supposed to do. The question is how long it will last before the heavily used buttons stop working but the price is right.

This is the remote that is sold with my AVR. It took Three returns to get a remote that worked. These remotes are SUPER delicate. Don’t drop it.

Garbage
This remote is nearly useless. None of the functions work consistently and all I get is a flashing green light on the zone select buttons. Big disappointment.
