The serving size for Nature Made Stress Relief Gummies is two gummies, which provides 100 mg GABA and 200 mg L Theanine.

If they won’t tell you how much gaba and L theanine there is in the gummies how are you supposed to make an informed decision on buying this vitamin?

Where does the gelatin come from?

Gelatin is used in many of our Nature Made products and may be derived from various animal sources, however, we mainly use porcine (pork). Please note, if a product contains gelatin it will be listed on the label.

The amount of l-theanine per gummy is proprietary? why wouldn't you let the consumer know the amount? doesn't make sense!

So no other brand copies it. Would still be nice to let the consumer know… but the FDA doesn’t regulate vitamins and supplements.
