I got this book as with the Angels foster agency we have to have 12 hours of training a year and books count in those hours. I found this book has a great way of showing faith as we journey down the road of fostering. It is hard to find good books on fostering, not all people in the world believe in fostering and feels it is a waste of time with kids that are damaged and will not accept or want our help in their life. It has great views on this matter, I would recommend it to anyone that is fostering with a look at Gods views on our road.

We've been fostering for 23 years. This book is the most realistic book I've read! Things differ from county to county and state to state but the good and the bad of foster care remain the same. This book is written by an actual foster parent and gives a very accurate description of what fostering looks like. I bought several copies and have given them to friends who are considering becoming foster parents.

I love how the author explained the impact of God's love to kids in foster care. I feel truly inspired and led to make a difference in foster kid's lives.
