Excellent patches. They are self adhesive and go onto the affected area (on the outside of an item of clothing. They last all day giving a gentle warmth.

They used to stick much better than this, I don’t know if they are old stock or have been store incorrectly but they certainly used to stick a LOT better than this. Another thing I notice is they don’t stay hot for as long as before. Don’t get me wrong you’d wary get 10-12hrs out of them but with my being up at the crack of dawn (approx 6am) then going to bed at around 11pm. The old ones were still hot even when I took them off heading to bed. Not now though. —edit— A simple hack to get more out of these is to keep it on your jumper (example). Leave over night and in the morning simply squeeze the HARD pack. This seems to reactivate it tho’ that said it’s certainly NOT as hot as a new one. Hot enough to dull pain, or so I have found. Happy squeezing (both directions) ;)

Helps a lot with my mums back pain but I also use them for menstrual cramps when I’m going out and they last a very long time

Used to say "...up to 24hrs" now reduced to 16hrs. Both sold in near identical packaging. Does not heat up as much, doesn't last as long, has poor adhesion. Used to be a great product, not any more. Will look for alternative.
