I’ve been taking this magnesium glycinate for a few weeks, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my sleep and muscle relaxation. Gentle on the stomach with no digestive issues, unlike other magnesium supplements I’ve tried. Easy to swallow and seems high quality. Definitely a keeper!

Best i have found, my child has PCOS and high magnesium is needed to help. It is really hard to find this level of glycinate in any other mixed vitamin.
