I’ve tried these vitamins for the last few days and they’re great! I like that they’re encapsulated as opposed to the hard, heat-pressed, denatured stuff you find at the stores—this makes it much more bioavailable. I definitely highly recommend these vitamins. I am constantly traveling across the country either for work or to compete as a high level endurance athlete. Maintaining a healthy eating habit on the road can be tough so to fill in those gaps I have been taking this whole food vitamin and it has been a game changer. It easy to swallow and practically tasteless, not to mention the increase in mental focus and sustained energy throughout the day. Its a product well worth the money!

I have taken these for awhile now and I like them. They have no aftertaste, are easy to swallow and seem to make a difference in the way I feel. I love that they are food-based and not synthetic because I believe they are better absorbed by the body.

I do not understand why this product has500 mcg of B12-way too much! I will not purchase again. Also B6 seems a bit high.We do get vitamins in the food we eat, soit’s good to be cautious about taking in too much!

This vitamin works well and doesn't make you nauseous. I have tried a lot of vitamins and it is hard for me to find one that doesn't make me nauseous, that has the benefits that a multivitamin should have.

I have been taking them and they are working well. With that said,marketing people need to get it together. While all of the ingredients are pretty standard, it is mildly concerning that the back of the bottle spells enzyme as "ensyme complex".

Great product. It is rare to find a multivitamin that includes l-carnitine, turmeric, CoQ10, and bromelain. Before finding this product, I was purchasing several supplements separately to form my anti-inflammation/recovery regimen. In my opinion, this product has outperformed higher priced multivitamins, assisted in exercise recovery, and saved me considerable money.

I get these for my teen daughter that doesn't eat her veggies. Since taking Whole Food Vitamins, her skin has cleared up and she has more energy. I'm glad I chose to treat these problems with this dietary supplement.
