Best bread flour ever!
I make bread using this 80/20 with their Canadian white bread flour, using a wartime recipe and fresh yeast. Incredibly tasty bread, easy to make, keeps well, and freezes well. I used to suffer from IBS and joint pain if I ate bread but not with this. Would never go back to buying the chemical-filled stuff that supermarkets call bread, and, if you are going to bake your own bread, Canadian wheat/flour is the way to go.

Great bread flour.
Great bread flour, use every week and makes great tasty bread. Often mixed with strong white bread flour, Carrs, to make a hybrid loaf 50/50, with great results. Been buying for 3/4 years and made loads of bread enjoyed by all!

I make sourdough bread at home. The old recipe of my grandma, using 47 years old sourdough! This flour is THE BEST!!! Good price, amazing quality and taste. Also very healthy as wholemeal.

Healthy wholemeal flour
I have been using Marriages Wholemeal Bread Flour to make bread, and it has never failed. I’m impressed by how it’s high in fibre while still maintaining the softness and texture of good bread. The bread stays soft the next day and has a lovely wheaty aroma. It tastes smooth and soft, without any coarse or gritty grains.
