I ordered this product with skepticism that it may be just a gimmick but I took a chance. Don’t let the Price fool you. There are others out there that cost as much as $150. This product works great. It improved for the first three months and went down each month for a total of $150, it paid for itself many times. I took some of the savings that I got from my light bill. Ordered them for important, friends and family. You can’t go wrong. Just follow the instructions each month you’ll see it go down as it optimizes your usage.

I've received two bills since installing these and the bills have gone up. The reason why I say don't waste your money is because you need to allow for at least one complete billing cycle to see if these things are effective and since most of us will get them in the middle of a billing cycle you have to wait an additional cycle. By the time you've completed your experiment the period has past to return them to Amazon. This is nothing but a scam!!! They don't work, period.
