My work requires me to scan hundreds to thousands of products a day and this scanner has made my job much easier. Being able to scan on command from anywhere in my office or warehouse is quite convenient. The glove is comfortable and allows me to use both hands to lift heavy boxes and organize product on shelves. It is like having a barcode scanner built into my hand. Setup and operation is easy, and battery life is impressive, to boot.And when I broke a component, their support team was awesome. They replaced the broken part free of charge.All in all, I have nothing negative to say about this product.

I can't figure out how to scan and upload it to my work phone and the app I have to use.. and no customer service will answer any questions on a email

* 1 month after I received the battery start to have problems, then a week later doesn’t even scan the light turns on but it doesn’t scan. A total waste of mony do not buy thisFirst is really handy, I work has a cherry picker on a warehouse so productivity is really important. I made some DIY with it because I need to wear gloves while working, so nothing complicated. I’ll push the battery life on these to the limit, I work some times at least 12h a day. Now the bad thing in these is that it doesn’t show any indication while charging, so if you’re charger doesn’t work you’ll think that’s something wrong with the scanner. It’s has a lot of customization and the scanner works flawlessly, actually is super. Right now I love this little thing. And the other thing is that you need a password on the web site to get the digital user manual (because I won’t carry whit the little book always) so that’s a fail it should be on the site without restrictions. I get the point they ask you for the link and the order to get some data about the sales* so first mistake you need to use the provided cable or the iPhone charger isn’t compatible one of those. But yes it’s has a red light when is charging

I do warehouse work and I have to handle a lot of barcoded items a day. This scanner made my day go so much faster by not having to handle or keep track of a handheld barcode reader. It is very easy to use and for my needs, it was practically plug/connect and play. It reads barcodes decently well. I did have to grab my main scanner for some barcodes once in a while and the laser is a little hard to see if you are in a well lit area but these are just minor inconveniences. Overall, I highly recommend this product. Also the customer service is fantastic. I had to contact the company because of an issue I had that was my fault. They responded quickly (less than 24 hours) and we are on the way to get the issue resolved.

I have 5 of these that are used in my warehouse and they work great. They are very responsive and read barcodes accurately and quickly. One had an issue with the on/off switch not working properly, and the seller replaced it without hesitation. Very happy with the purchase and the customer support I've received.

It it’s really easy to use. Virtually plug and play. However, if the barcode isn’t perfect it does thanks some work to scan it. Occasionally it also reads the barcode incorrectly. Overall, great value for the cost and I was able to get my business up and running with it.

Love the look and feel of the product. I was very disappointed when my browser based application said it would not read the UPC. So I tried another scanner I had and it would. So I went back the the product here on Amazon and sure enough at the very end of all of the information in very small print it says “Not compatible with Google Chrome OS.” I feel like this should be a little more called out in the main description of the product. Giving only 1 star since I can not even use the actual product.

So I had this scanner for about a month and all I can say is WOW, what a device! It scanned and picked up barcodes like nobodies business. It was great, and I only charged it like once in 30 days. Then one day the scanning beam wouldn't stay on and kept flickering. It went out and just became junk about 35 days. Was worth the $80 while it worked, but after it started malfunctioning, it just wouldn't recover. If it wouldn't have malfunctioned and failed and became worthless, I would have given it 5 stores without question!
