how can i have more than 1 spypoint app on a single phone so i can assign cameras to different apps? (say 7cameras to one app and 8 cameras to another

Hi there, via the mobile app, you will need to create 2 different accounts using 2 different emails. You will then be able to add the number of cameras that you want on each account. -KM

Can I use AA lithium batteries instead of alkaline?

Hi there, yes you can use AA lithium batteries but we don't recommend using rechargeable ones. -KM

As I've read so far; in video mode you'll receive 3 photos. Is this also included in the free standard plan (100pics per month)

The 3 photos are part of a video preview. 1. Beginning. 2. Middle 3. End. If that makes sense. So yes, the preview is included.

Does it come with a sim card to activate with a service plan, or do i need to buy a sim card and get my own plan ? how much are the spypoint plans

The Flex already has a SIM card installed. You will need to buy a SD card for the pictures. I recommend using Sandisc being that it is cheaper that what is sold by Spypoint and works well if not better.
