Great for rehab
I ended up breaking my 5th Metacarpal and was advised by my physio to get one of these.Having the adjustability meant that i could keep ramping it up to progress my rehab without having to buy a bunch of different ones for different strengths.The only bad point i can find on this is that the print has disappeared and now i dont know where i am on the scale, but you can somewhat guess based on 10kg being to the left and 60kg being to the right.

Cheap!
It's okay, feels a bit flimsy and doesn't extend very far, so limited use! I wouldn't recommend, I guess you get what you pay for in this case!

Better than the non adjustable coiled spring ones.

There's hand grips are very good nice and strong and very good that you can adjust the strength would buy again and would recommend

Useful aid
The media could not be loaded. Using this for a little while now. It’s been good have moved up a bit in the strength so it’s doing as it should. I find it easier than other type with a coil on top as I can set the power needed even if I’ve done a complete set to go to failure.Happy to recommend it.
