With some twisted nutritional logic, AI convinced me to buy this expensive garbage. Now I'll share my experience about it: It's uncookable, inedible balls of tasteless garbage. You soak it overnight, you cook it for 12 minutes and it's still mostly little balls of semi chewable tasteless garbage the AI calls "groats", I assume a portmanteau of "oats" and "gross".
