I have suffered for years with severe cramping in my thighs. This stuff is a miracle! Spray it on, rub it in, cramp stops almost immediately. I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

This works surprisingly well and fast. I’ve used it for leg cramps and muscle spasms, and relief usually kicks in within minutes. The foam absorbs quickly, doesn’t feel greasy, and has no strong or unpleasant scent. I like that it’s easy to apply—just pump and rub it into the affected area. It’s especially helpful at night when cramps strike suddenly. The magnesium-based formula feels gentle on the skin and hasn’t caused any irritation for me. This stuff works great. It’s amazing. I am 59 years old. I have returned to a very strenuous heavy lifting job after being out of work with injuries for 3 years. I am plagued by really painful muscle cramps. Usually at night in my leg muscles but it can also happen in my upper body while I’m working. I’ve seen multiple doctors and specialists with no real solution. I discovered on my own that taking huge doses of potassium up to 24,000 mg daily (far more than is considered safe) I was able to almost control the cramps. Just recently I tried this magnesium foam and it works better than the potassium. I’ve been able to reduce my potassium intake down to safe levels and I use this magnesium foam 1 time before work and 2 times before bed and it works great. No more waking up with painful locked up muscles.

I’ve bought this for my dad. He has been using Theraworx Foam for a while now, and overall, it’s pretty great. When a cramp hits, this foam works fast — he feels relief almost immediately in the cramped muscle. It doesn’t burn, it absorbs well, and the foam texture is nice and light. However, the downside is that the relief doesn’t last super long. After a couple of hours (or sometimes less, depending on the intensity of the cramp). So while it does its job, it’s not a permanent fix — more of a temporary rescue. Still, for those sudden cramps or nighttime leg spasms, it’s a solid option. He keeps it around, especially when he needs something gentle, fast, and fairly effective. If they could make the effects last longer, it’d be a 5-star product.

This stuff worked excellent for me after a total knee replacement. Highly suggested for muscle cramps after TKR total knee replacement.

I cannot figure out WHY this magic foam works, but it DOES! You know those crippling, sudden leg cramps that just ATTACK you suddenly? Rubbing this on the area actually eases the cramp! I will not be without this product in my home!

This product works excellently on muscle cramps. It does not take very long for the foam to ease the muscle cramps. I am extremely satisfied with the product.
