I really wanted to give this product a 5 star review because it’s an eco friendly plant based product however it isn’t as good as something like Lenor for example. The smell is very nice but once the clothes have dried you can hardly smell it, but more importantly it doesn’t leave the clothes as soft as Lenor does. I’m going to carry on using it because I don’t like the thought of washing my clothes in animal derivatives (which Lenor contains) however I will be keeping a look out for other eco friendly products too which might perform a bit better. But still is a good product, I guess in the grand scheme of things losing a bit of scent and softness in the fabric for the sake of the environment is worth while

I have never previously tried this brand because I thought it was too expensive but I got this bottle on a special offer. Wow... This is the best smelling fabric conditioner I have ever smelt and I have tried soo many. Beautiful scent. 2 days later my clothes are still smelling lovely and very soft too. I don't have sensitive skin but this is suitable for people with sensitive skin. Only downside was the bottle was dented when it arrived. (Removing 1* because of that. Bottle could've been packaged better). Good thing it wasn't any worse because the whole bottle could've leaked but other than that, I am very happy with this product and definitely recommend.
