I am in teachers training for Hatha Yoga and guess what she asked us to remember the names and position this weekend and this cheat sheet is awesome. You can make review cards out of them and still have a poster at hand. Love the several copies. Great....

I wanted a 'chart' I could put on my wall. This is a book.

This book is a waste of money ,it's looks like color printout stapled together,and to be honest there are only 2 page which are repeated and made to look like a book
