The media could not be loaded. Absolute perfection. I recently sold my cast iron and thought about investing in something more convenient for quick breakfast as well as sturdy built for oven cooking. Here you can see that I’ve cold-seared thick cut back bacon and added butter afterwards before putting the eggs and the results were phenomenal, tasty slidy egg. I’m truly amazed and wish that I would’ve invested in quality stainless steel pans sooner.

Have had these for over 2 years now, my go to pan for any cooking, steel feels really good quality and the weight is perfect. Heating is also very even around the pan across induction and open flame 10/10

Two meals and both stuck and burnt to the pan. Only the centre of the pan burnt and the outside stuck, tried it over two days to see if it was the food type.Sadly ££ out of pocket and back to the discount range from local supermarket.

At the date of writing this review, I have been cooking with this pan at least 20 times. I must say, I’m not impressed with the pan. Before I bought it, I did read lots of reviews and this pan was on top of of best cooking pan of 2024. The pan itself has a nice touch and it is solid in hand. I am using it on an electric stove. It seems to warm up more in the middle than the rest of the pan.. it’s creating a lot of smoke when cooking and it’s very sticky in the middle. I am sorry to say, but I don’t think there is a good value for the money that I paid.

Very excited to get this but upon taking it out of the box, noticed some deep scratches on the outer layer. Photo didn’t do it justice. I can feel the dent when I run through the surface using my nail.

This is supposed to be a premium buy-it-for-life product. It came warped or bowed out so very little of the base of the pan is in touch with the cooker. I thought this would correct over time through thermal expansion but that was not the case. If you’re in the market for a stainless steel pan, go with a firm with more experience and knowledge like all clad.
