FIRSTLY i would like to be another voice to the fact that the ingredients provide a massive amount of the vitamins and minerals that you would typically see on a multivitamin label. These ARE vitamins. It comes from our food. Please do not turn away because the exact vitamins are not listed. This is the cleanest kids multi i could find on amazon, as others have artificial sweeteners and other crap that shouldn’t be there, but i was worried with mixed reviews. My 4 yr old is autistic and not eating a huge array of foods. He is mostly non communicative, struggles with sleep, and can seem cranky and combative often. But since taking this multi, (bought over a month ago) he has seemed much more regulated, sleeping better, better digestion, better mood, etc. and somehow, he likes the taste. It has a strong sweet taste but washes away immediately with a sip of water. Give these a shot! Effects may not be immediately noticeable, but you will surely notice when you forget to give it to them. 👍 I honestly might be buying more for the rest of the household.

It’s getting 4 stars because it is decidedly NOT flavorless. My sensory sensitive kid detected it immediately, even in undiluted apple juice. Other than the flavor, it works great and we like it. We just squirt it directly into the mouth and take a gulp of water to wash it down. It takes less than 10 seconds to do both Vitamins and Calm and by the time they’ve started complaining about it, it’s already finished. It’s now a part of our routine and will be for the foreseeable future.

Just an fyi MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE GLASS DROPPER, the one I recieved already came broken. I didnt want to risk giving my kids tiny glass vitamins so I got a refund instead.

I was buying this for our kids and they seemed to like it. It has a good mix of herbs that give you your daily vitamins. The taste is fine that I just put it in their water. Then I started using it and putting it in my coffee. Would buy again.

It’s like a mixture between black licorice and tobacco taste with a hint of rubbing alcohol. Not sure if it’s supposed to taste like that or if we got a funky batch… There’s no way my level 3 asd ( autistic) child will not be able to taste this. I have to find a way to mix it into something he won’t notice it in, in order for him to get his vitamins.

I add it to the smoothies kids can’t even tell. Seems to be great for the most part.
