Does the doll that is listed as "jizhi lifelike reborn baby dolls boy - 17-inch baby soft body" have rooted hair or painted hair?

The doll we received had painted hair…..he was beautiful….he was a Christmas gift for our gr granddaughter and she loved him….I found nothing negative about this doll…..

Is the baby soft or hard plastic like a Walmart baby doll?

The baby has soft squishy hands, arms and legs. The head is a little more firm like a plastic doll. I wish it was a little more soft. Very realistic looking.

Is the actual dolls weight itself 3.3 pounds so preemie size?

It feels a little like 3 lbs but sometimes it can feel less. But yes the general size of the baby is premature.
