Used this hose for several months without issue but then it split part way along its length. Now, having owned it for well over the warranty time I wondered if it could be repaired. I emailed the supplier and asked if there was a repair kit available. They responded by sending me a complete replacement hose free of charge. This was amazing customer service and well worth this complementary review. I would happily recommend ZARSYN . One point worth noting is that some purchasers have observed that this hose is difficult to use with a sprinkler. I found that, also. However, by removing the spray nozzle and replacing it with roughly seven or eight feet of the old plastic hose and using an in-line water tap ( which comes complete with all necessary connectors ) purchased from Amazon, I can easily set up the sprinkler and adjust the spray. Then afterwards simply replace the spray head for normal watering.

These may be more expensive but the quality is excellent

I bought this recently to replace a similar hose that had burst, admittedly after about four years use. This one seems fine. The brass fitting are good and it stores quite compactly as you can see by the photo, sketching out to three times it's size when the tap us on. The spray head is useful and you can vary the wayer flow with a simple keve on it. These things don't get on well with UV light so they are best kept out of direct sunlight. Overall very pleased.

I really bought this product for its color. I didn't even care about the other features. Because I have several items in my garden with the same colors. I love how everything fits together. There are exactly 10 different types of sprays. I normally use it and bought it for £25. There were only 3 in the hose. There were also small holes in several areas of the hose. I fixed it with the patch but this blue hose is much better. It's not like normal hoses. It has a special protector. It's also well-designed to keep bushes or sharp grass on its face and protect the hose. It consists of 2 layers. A strong, extensible inner hose. Covered with super strong webbing that stays strong in all weather conditions.

I've seen mixed reviews on these types of hoses on amazon, but took a chance on this one. It came well packaged, the hose seems pretty tough and good quality. The fittings are plastic, but seem strong enough. I accidentally left this hose outside connected to my garden tap over the recent -10C winter here, and impressivly it survived without any leaks. Tip: Expand the hose fully before dragging it along the groud as the fabric is more resistant that way to wear. Overall, happy with the purchase.

Really frustrated by what appeared to be a good hose prior to summer. I was impressed by the brass fixingings HOWEVER, few uses before unusable due to several leakages. Worst of all, water leakage in all directions so person using gets soaked regardless of hose direction, all usual efforts to ensure component parts secured properly to no avail. Wish it was easy to get in touch with the manufacturer.

I have only used my hosepipe a few times and the end has knocked does not klick round right but now to add to it it has sprung a leak i have bought 2 in last 10 wks one is fine I wondered if you can replace it for me it is clearly a fault

Having recently got fed up with the standard hosepipe, which constantly had bends and kinks in it after every use, I decided I would look for a different type of hose pipe. I came across this product on Amazon and took a punt. So far, it does not disappoint. Operates perfectly well, the nozzle/hand gun supplied with it is of good quality and functions fine. Overall, to date, really pleased with the purchase.

Je ne l'ai pas encore testé sur la durée, tous les autres que j'avais achetés ont craqué. La membrane intérieure ne supportait pas la pression. Sur ce modèle, elle me parait beaucoup plus solide, et j'ai grand espoir de qualité ' vu les accessoires en laiton, aussi', c'est pas "chip". Par contre, je vous recommande fortement de ne jamais laisser tuyau en eau ( pomme d'arrosage fermée et robinet ouvert, car là, c'est sûr, il va exploser. Donc bien le vider avant de le laisser. et puis je vais en prendre soin, ne pas tirer dessus, l'abriter du plein soleil et le ranger l'hiver. Mais si ça marche, ça vaut vraiment le coup! Fini les tuyau de 4 tonnes qui plient,...

Ich verwende den Schlauch täglich.Macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck. Hoffe, dass er länger hält wie meine vorherigen Schläuche, die waren meist nach 1 Saison kaputt. Die Anschlüsse sind in Metall ausgeführt. Man muss bei seinen eigenen Anschlussstücken oftmals erst die Dichtungen erneuern, damit man nicht selbst mit nass wird. Wenn er nächstes Jahr noch hält ist der höhere Preis auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt!

Kopplingar i brons, slangens hölje i robust tyg. Är väldigt kompakt utan tryck, och expanderar enormt när man släpper på vatten. Även munstycket är genomtänkt och välbyggt. Jämför jag med tidigare erfarenheter av expanderande slangar så är denna överlägsen i kvalité!

É il terzo tubo estensibile che compro, ho subito notato la migliore qualità rispetto ai precedenti, in termini di resistenza e utilizzo. Ovviamente si bucherá anche questa volta ma avendo un giardino con piante grasse é prevedibile, tuttavia la comodità del tubo estensibile é innegabile (i precedenti sono durati due anni). La caratteristica per me migliore rispetto alle precedenti, é nel meccanismo di regolazione del flusso, che avviene non con la solita levetta da premere ma con una levetta da girare solo col pollice, che rende la variazione di flusso molto più graduale, insomma l'acqua non esce di botto ed é molto comodo in base a quello che devi innaffiare (piantine giovani e ancora tenere, oppure piante più strutturate). Sicuramente la consiglio, un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
