It adds another storage option - I use it for everything but the original PS5 memory is still there and available to use.

Very easy to install I would say that u havnt actually bought this item yet, becuz it has very clear an easy to install instructions with it, and or u can watch it on YouTube, but ur worried u might damage ur ps5 while installing I can safely say aslong as u don't drop ur ps5 u will have no problems
