Practice Sword for Wushu and Similar Arts
This broadsword is flexible as it is supposed to be. The cracking sound is appropriate and the blade is not too flexible or stiff.Minus one star for :1) few length selections between 23'' and 27.5'', probably could use a 25'' option and 2) the scabbard is not the appropriate width to safely transport the sword. This is a perfect training sword, and a nicer one would probably be preferred for competition. Excellent value for practice and would purchase again.

Good beginner flexible sword
I was expecting it to be a little stiffer , but it’s exactly what I need for the time being to practice. The flags on mine are green and light green. For competition wushu I might go with one of higher quality but for the most part I have no problems learning form with this sword.

Lightweight
The blade is much too thin and wobbly for my sword practice. Weight is nice but that's about it. Currently, requesting a refund.

Sword is exactly as it should be
I'm thinking some of the others giving reviews have never actually used a Chinese Shaolin Broadsword. Having been personally trained IN China by a 32nd generation Shaloin Master, I can tell you 1) this sword is better quality than our training swords in China, 2) it is SUPPOSED to be this thin (half the moves in Shaolin with the Chinese Broadsword require you to 'make sound' with the sword which can only be achieved by thin swords), 3) it is an excellent training weight, about the same if not a tiny bit heavier than our swords in China. Practice Broadswords are typically cheaply made and mass produced. They've been preferentially made this way over the years because they realized the 'loose' construction aides to the dramatic sound effects of moves and forms.

Super poor quality
This project was very poorly made. The handle and hilt wiggle and the overall usability of this sword for performance in tournaments is practically zero. Do not buy this project

Cheap quality
Used this for maybe 10 minutes, buy from here if you want yours to do the same.
