Extra comfort for otherwise uncomfortable locations
Extremely lightweight, quick and simple setup and take-down. It's not a Lazy-Boy recliner, OK? But I sat comfortably in it for several hours in several locations during my first woodsy outing. I set it up on moist soft sandy ground with leaf litter. It sank in just slightly. I weigh 150 lbs. If I ever have a problem with it sinking into soft ground, I'll take some furniture leg disks to put under the feet. I'm only 5'6", so the high back is in a good position to rest my head. Might not be as satisfying for taller people. The chair is the perfect width for me, but I can see where a person large in girth or width could feel cramped. It was expensive, but I consider it to be well worth the price and am happy with my purchase. I can't comment as to the durability since I've only used it for a few hours. Note: it is so light, the slightest breeze will carry it away like a sail if you are not sitting in it.

Great chair! Super UL for large chair.
Th is is lighter then my old low back chair. My only disappointment is that they don’t make rockers for it.

Too light.
I bought this because I wanted higher back support than the normal helinox. It's fantastic. it's light, it's comfy, it's sturdy. It does everything I need, but it has one downfall. it's SOOO light. For backpacking that might be appealing but in practical use even the slightest breeze takes this thing away. so be careful not setting it next to the fire ring on a windy day. it was gusty when I went on my first trip with it, and I had to use a piece of paracord and an extra tent stake to hold it to the ground so it didn't blow away. haha. It's bittersweet. But everyone in my group had light and ultralight camp chairs, of all brands and weights, and mine was the only one that continuously flipped over in the breeze lol. I love it, but you need keep an eye on it and take the seat off the frame before you go on a day hike away from camp.

Amazingly light
Id love to give this the 5 stars. It will hold the weight but if they build it to hold 265 pounds then they may want to build it a little wider like a 265 pound person is built. Its feather light and pretty but just a little too small width wise.

Lite weight and packable
Outstanding product, perfect fit in my ADV Motorcycle load out. The high back support is excellent after a day on the road.

Great customer service
I'm 5'10" and 180 lbs, I've used this chair 3 times and I love it. I think the high back is great. For those who are worried about arm rests, they're not needed. For those around my stature, it's very comfortable and your arms naturally fall into your lap. Being that it is ultra light, don't do what I did and constantly "plop" all of your weight into the chair. You will need to sit with some grace to extend the life of the poles. I ended up snapping one of the back support poles and then noticed the other side was bending. I contacted customer support in which they replied within 24 hours and sent me two sets of replacement poles and bungee cord at no cost. Package arrived 3 days later and self repair took 5 minutes. There are many chairs out there, but I chose this product due to the weight for backpacking and I couldn't imagine using a chair without the high back.

Bad customer service
Look, the chair was great. Loved the damn chair. Issue is, it broke when I sat in it one day and I reached out to the manufacturer to see if I could get a replacement frame/legs. Not even asking for a refund or a freebie. Absolutely no answer and no reply to several email requests. Of your customer service doesn’t include service then I’ll go somewhere else.

Decent chair
Love light weight. But stiff and not comfortable to sit in for long time. I’m 6 ft tall. The high back and should width is narrow and not super comfortable. (I definitely like my older Chair Zero better from a comfort pov bc it has more cushion and broader shoulder area.) But I do like the upright back which is great for sitting upright and reading. And the weight and packability into my 30 liter backpack is great.

Lightweight and nice looking design. One of the bars supporting the seat snapped on first use, on the first day into a 15 day wilderness trip. Most other members of the trip had similar products (not as light), which performed without issue and cost less than a third of the price. A disappointing purchase. Particularly at that cost. Missed the return window as I was away, so contacting manufacturer to see if covered under warranty.
