Used this to hold my GoPro 11 on my motorcycle got some great videos riding to CO.

With the mounting cushions, you would probably think that this mount would fit on anything from very thin pipes/sticks to very large pipes... and everything in between. You would be almost right. With the two rubber washers, I was able to mount this on a lot of thinner items. Without either of them, there is a grippy pad that will grip to larger items. But the two rubber washers are too small for my 3/4in pipe. I can't get the thumb screw into it's slot. The mount without the rubber washers is too big, It barely makes contact with the pipe with the thumb screw tightened all the way.Having said that, I have been able to add my own rubber washers (actually a couple of layers of rubber from bike inner tubes) and it holds just fine.I got two of these as they appeared to be from different manufactures, but were very similar. I wanted to compare and contrast the two products. But it appears they are considered by amazon as the same product, because when I went to review the other mount, my review was already populated.The mounts are very sturdy. The balls don't slip when you have them clamped at a reasonable torque..

Okay I picked up this mount in hopes of something stronger than what I use on my ebike. I was hit by a car and it was claimed my fault because I didn’t have a camera to show I had the green. Left turn light ended and the guy left turned anyway. I picked up two cameras and two mounts for my ebike and some cables to run from the usb plug underneath the display.Well back to this mount. I wanted my dog to join me on bike rides, so we can go to parks too far to walk because I don’t drive. I got her a dog wagon. Problem with the wagon is the back of the bike is blocked by the wagon. I went with this better mount so I can have the camera lower to the ground because the wagon does not have great mounting points, so I can run the camera off an external battery in a pocket on the wagon. My dog gets to enjoy the ride and I get to enjoy knowing she is safe with the camera watching out for the cars.The mount does what I ask of it, so I have no problems it holds the camera in place.

The quality feels good . But the screw feels cheap. Fragile. Very shaky even with the rubber inserts.
