It's a really great juicer: makes clean, smooth juice with no pulp pieces, which is a pleasure to drink and a big improvement from standard juicers. Good value for the price and comes with a nice cleaning brush for easy cleaning. It produces a good amount of juice, and while pulp dryness depends on the food (more moist with juicier fruits, as expected), it’s still quite good compared to other cold-press juicers I’ve tried. It’s powerful, sturdy, quiet enough so not to bother sleeping family members, very easy to use, and works well with both soft foods and harder ones like carrots. Both my mom and I love it and use it daily. I did have an issue with some parts coming apart, but customer support were very helpful and arranged the replacement quickly. Would definitely recommend this juicer to anyone in need of a new juicer.

This slow juicer is perfect for my green juice. It is extremely easy to maintain and use without any issues. It will squeeze every ounce of juice from the pulp without any chunks. Cleaning is very very easy without any mess.

This is an excellent juicer. Very easy to clean and fast and easy to setup. This juicer did not juice leafy vegetables well, but was able to juice all hard vegetables and fruits.

Delivered well-packaged. Parts in perfect condition. Works as indicated. Easy to assemble/clean and is quiet. My only qualm is that it could be a tiny bit better at juicing. Softer fruits (peaches, etc) don't seem to get completely juiced. Also, apples clog it up a bit, but the reverse function works well. Overall, good "first juicer". Might upgrade in the future.

The item works really well, the heat, the speed of making a juice, the design and the cost of it. I definitely recommend this product. It can make a perfect natural juice from any fruit without you knowing it that's done because it doesn't make any sound.

I love this juicer! I’ve never had a cold press juicer before, but while reading a list of the best ones, this was a top choice! So I ordered it. It is compact, lightweight but stable, easy to use, easy to clean, makes wonderful juice. I juice carrots, greens, wheatgrass…it helps to have a piece of carrot to push greens through, but it then juices them with ease. This old lady can easily lift it with one hand to put it away. I’ve made 12 oz of juice every day since buying it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This machine is easy to use and to clean. It’s not cumbersome and does not take a lot of counter space.

We only make celery juice, and it works really well. It is very easy to clean, and we had no issues with it.Juicer broke after 6 months, and support service is promptly replacing it. I hope the next machine lasts longer than the first one.
