Another hat-trick! Volume #3 is sure to please! A great end to Busiek's run.
This series just gets better and better...I just completed this volume and must say that I am both impressed and pleased with what the artists and writers are doing here. Kurt Busiek concludes his run in this volume but I believe he's left the stories in good hands. As I write this, the next omnibus volume (#4) is due out in a few weeks and I honestly enjoy reading this series in this manner. I am very happy to see that volume #5 will be due out by this summer and I can't wait to indulge in this series for a good part of 2018...over 800 pages between the two next volumes of excellent (thus far) Conan adventures. Now if ONLY we could convince these excellent artists and writers to do the same thing with Solomon Kane, that would truly be an awesome gift to their fans!

This third omnibus volume collects volumes 6 through 8 of the old Conan trades, and there’s come really good stuff here, an ongoing storyline from the last two volumes comes to a head in the first third of this volume, and sets the stage for the last two thirds, which chronicle Conan heading back home to Cimmeria.

Childhood Relived
I got this for my husband for his birthday. He LOVES IT! I got him all the available omnibus volumes (1-3 or 4 I think) and he's currently reading through them and reliving his childhood. Couldn't ask for more!

Vintage Conan
Great artwork, grandfather backstory ...loved it. The multiple storylines provided depth and intersected nicely. Conan s journey is a fun ride...barbarian to king.

Wonderful collection
It is the culmination of skillful artistic expression and magnificently rendered storytelling. If you love Conan, and appreciate the story articulated in a graphical way. Get it. This is wonderful. I would love to see more storytelling set in this way. As a lover of both art and the archetypal hero, this is platinum level. I loved it. Thank you for putting this together.
