Yellow Mountain Imports Small Size Chinese Mahjong Set, “Rogue Classic” with 146 Ivory Colored Tiles, Vinyl Case, Wind Indicator and Dice - for Chinese Style Gameplay Only [經典象牙」中國麻將]

This mahjong set is very nice, it is my first set I have ever purchased and am quite pleased with it. The tiles were wrapped in 4 "blocks" so they wouldn't shuffle around in shipping. The shipping was good as well. The seller shipped it box in box and the inner box that housed the mahjong set was "encased" with a foam like board material so it did not move at all during shipping. The outer box had some shipping paper to hold the inner box in place. The outer box is a nice thing to do and I appreciate this seller doing that to ensure the safety of my product. The tiles are very nice, uniform, vibrant colored. The characters on the tile are indented into the tile itself so the character will never "rub off", this set does not include any numbers or letters (N, E, S, W) but we all got the hang of it after just playing it once. If you really need the numbers and letters don't let that stop you from buying this set. I was going to buy some little dot stickers to use if I needed to remember but I won't anymore. I don't know what size this would be considered but they stand up on their own just fine and seem to be about the right size for playing on a normal sized coffee table. The dimensions are listed on the item description but I figured I would tell you this anyway. While the tile set is very nice and I am quite happy with them, I will say that the case is a little on the flimsy side, for only spending ~$25 I am not too bothered by this. I think it is pretty much hard cardboard wrapped in thin vinyl. With normal use I expect it to be needing replaced after a few years, sooner if you have rough hands. All in all I am very pleased to have this as my first set and I plan to include pictures. Such a nice set, both the case and the tiles are beautiful.

This is our 1st sent of tiles. They seem to be heavy and stable enough for good gameplay. The carrying case is pretty cheap as expected, but does keep all the tiles together in on place.

Love the set!

This set of tiles had my favorite color blue. The tiles are also bigger from this company who made them. This is the original size mahjong tile I believe. The case is leather which is nice but I fragile as well on durability. Other than that I can't wait to play this games with my family and friends.

Love this ! I got the small tiles and when it came I’m glad I didn’t get the bigger ones, these are the perfect size. Brought it out for Christmas and everyone wanted to play!
