Is the styling cream the same as the forming cream?

The styling creme is lighter and a bit shinier. The forming creme ( also with a green lid) has a bit of a firmer texture and hold. It has some shine to it as well. I use both products (separately), depending on how I choose to style my hair that day.

Can this be used on shoulder length long hair?

Hello, According to the manufacturer claims this is a medium hold, medium shine product for all-day control for short, medium and long hair. Thanks
