Yes,this steering wheel cover is universal for 99% models, including chevy equinox.

Are the grippy on the hands?

They're not tacky to the touch, but my hands don't slide. I put one on top of the wheel, and one on the right side, works great for me.

Is this uses glue? Will not damage original wheel material?

No, it comes with two sided adhesive strips however I was able to clip mine on without using them. My steering wheel is leather, so I didn’t want to damage mine either. Simple answer is NO. It’s not glue. It comes with a strong tape, but not necessary to use.

Will it fit 2024 Kia Seltos

Looks like it is pretty standard. It fits my Ram 1500 steering wheel quite well. Looks factory.
