MotoTec 2000W 48V Electric Scooter Black

at first i thought the charger was broken because it was like Someone at the factory seems to have screwed in this long screw that dug a hole into the motor? Sending the product back, I am highly unsatisfied after spending 1000 dollars and not being able to ride it for the claimed 10 to 20 miles, it died after going around the block, didnt even last me 2 days, i was anticipating a lot better, the batteries were good, indicator screen worked, throttle worked, brakes worked, tires held air, but the controller mustve been messed up or that screw messed up the motor? Figure it out, mototec...

Pretty easy to assemble. However we couldn’t use when we had bought it for because the battery would not charge. After troubleshooting with them for a few days (they only responded once a day) we were finally able to establish it was the charger and were sent a new one.

I got to ride this scooter one time and the battery wouldn’t charge back up enough to pull me. Amazon did send me a replacement but it’s doing the same thing. I was told I would have to reach out to the manufacturer but they won’t honor their product so if I can’t get a new charger that works I’ll be sending this one back. I’m sure it no fault of Amazon but I paid 854.00$ for this and 3 weeks later you have the same scooter listed for 725.00$.

Bought this and rode 1 time and now it want charge you would think for 800$ you would get a scooter that works longer than that
