Everything about this device would appear to be an effective design, and I've triple checked that the hair trimming guides match the instructions and images...and yet, it doesn't cut hair. It's completely ineffective.

This doesn't have the same trimmer as earlier versions. The 1000 model had the perfect trimmer. This current model is largely ineffective. The blade system doesn't come close to removing hair entirely. It is an easy to clean and carry unit, but doesn't do the job it's meant for.

Doesn’t work nearly as good as the original version. Doesn’t cut well at all, nor close. Still leaves hairs too long.

livraison rapide et sûre comme toujours avec Amazon (surtout en relais colis). concernant le produit, la nouvelle tête (bleu) ne rase vraiment rien, peu importe le sens (comme expliquer dans la notice) ça ne coupe rien. par contre pour ceux qui ont gardé l'ancienne tête (orange) de l'ancien modèle, elle se monte parfaitement dessus. faudra juste faire attention à ne pas trop tremper la tondeuse sous le robinet vu que la tête est plus petite, il se peut que l'eau rentre dans la partie moteur.
