In the 90's we used to pull our kids hair so tight with "hair balls" and elastic bands that it would cause their edges to come out. Back then we didn't realize how damaging this was and that it leads to scalp issues like fungus and the hair doesn't grow back. I've learned that using hair ties without rubber or metal is the way to go. This type of hair tie allows me to make secure styles however, I have better control on how tight they are. The hair ties last a long time and you get a lot of them for a really good price. I purchase new ones when I run out, but there's also an option to wash them if you want to. Just put them in a mesh laundry bag, or be creative and line them on a shoe string so they don't get lost in the washer.

Cheap and effective. Its a rolled band which some may like, but they are a great deal and I prefer them.

I purchased these cloth hair ties to use for banding my microlocs. I particularly chose this product over others because I felt that the price point was good and I liked that they came in a container. Overall the fabric is thick, stretchy , and seems like they will last a while. Even if they aren’t durable there’s a good amount of hair ties for the cost. The material will not snag your hair which was specifically what I wanted. In the picture the hair ties are in a container without a top, which I thought was to show the product better. My assumption was incorrect! The hair ties do come in the container shown, however there is no top on it, which is odd. I’m surprised that the hair ties did not spill out as the container is pretty small. I did not count the hair ties to ensure that there are in fact 50, but I did remove 1 star for the container not having a top as this doesn’t make sense. Additionally, the container is quite cheap and was bent up upon arrival. For the inexpensive price, I shouldn’t be surprised. Despite the container issues, I believe the hair ties are good quality for the price.

Im shock you get such a good product and a great amount for the price. They are small , have a strong hold and they don’t hurt like the other ones. I love them , I have them all over my house , and I know they will last me forever even if I lose some .

I love that they’re seamless and super soft, so they don’t leave dents or cause breakage. They have just the right amount of stretch and bounce back to their original shape even after multiple uses. Plus, the pack size is amazing . I keep some in my purse, car, and bathroom drawer. Such a great value!

Great value for money, the 50 piece is an amazing quality and the elasticity of those bands are awesome. Just soak in warm water to get those back in shape. Great quality and thick size
