Best Helmet for Class 3 e-Bikes
All e-bike users look no further, this is the helmet for you!! I recently bought this helmet and after using it for about a month, I can definitely say this is a product worth buying. The price might seem steep, but this is one of the only bike helmets out there right now certified for class 3 e-bike speeds of up to 28mph. Regular bike helmets are only good for 15 mph speeds, so you’re basically paying for double the protection with this helmet. You also get added features that most helmets don’t come with, like front and rear lights for visibility at night, a rear tightening mechanism for a more secure fit, a removable visor to keep the sun out your eyes, and a very well made magnetic latch for easy attachment and removal. The bike also has great ventilation which kept me cool and less sweaty during those hotter days. Another great thing about this helmet is how comfortable it is to wear. There’s soft padding on the inside so you don’t feel the hard surface squeezing your head like other helmets. The padding is also removable for washing which is very convenient, especially if you sweat a lot. My favorite thing about the helmet though, and one of the main reasons I bought it, was how light it was. This helmet weighs less than a pound!! When riding with it, I hardly ever feel like I’m even wearing a helmet, which is surprising given how much protection its supposed to offer. If you look at something with similar protection like a motorcycle helmet, those are bulky and can weigh anywhere from 5-8 pounds. When riding with something that heavy on your head, you definitely feel that weight, and it isn’t as comfortable. The look of the helmet is also pretty modern and stylish. It makes me feel more inclined to wear it since it doesn’t make my head look big or goofy whenever I go out. Overall though, this bike helmet is a very good buy. I couldn’t find a single complaint to give. Not only are you paying for solid protection, but you’re also getting a high quality product made from high quality materials. Nothing on this helmet feels cheap or out of place for its price, you’re for sure getting what you payed for and will not regret getting this helmet. There’s also a sale going on right now, so it’s a perfect time to get it if you’re worried about the price. The last thing I’ll touch on though is the customer service and this company as a whole. I’ve genuinely never met a company so dedicated and willing to accommodate its customers like this company has done. When I first got my helmet, it didn’t fit my head quite right so I got into contact with the company and they helped me out tremendously!! The owner of the company, Benjamin, got back to me and offered to replace my helmet free of charge for one of their unreleased X-large versions!! This was honestly very surprising to me and I was super grateful for Bens help. He updated me throughout the whole process and made sure everything was perfect when it arrived, which it was. So if any of you end up having a problem with your helmets or yours ends up getting broken in an accident, make sure to hit up their customer service. They’re great and will definitely help you the best they can. Happy and safe riding everyone, hope you enjoy the helmet as much as me.

It works!
Yeah ok it's comfortable, lightweight, breaths well, has excellent visibility at night with the lights, the magnetic clasp on the chin strap is really easy to use, and it looks a lot less stupid than most other bike helmets, but how well does it protect your head when you crash? Very well!! I crashed my e-bike going about 20 mph (too fast in hindsight) around a corner. My back tire hit a bit of dirt on the concrete and slid out from under me. I laid it down hard on my right side. For reference I included pics of my road rash. The hit to my shoulder broke my collar bone pretty badly and my head hit the concrete hard. I can tell you that because I didn't get a head injury at all and was conscious, aware, and alert through the whole thing. I can actually remember vividly my head striking the concrete with great force. It felt similar to good strong helmet to helmet contact in a high school football game. No pain, no head injury, no worries! The doctors at the ER where I went for x-rays and diagnosis congratulated me and told me I was smart to wear a high quality helmet that protected my head completely. If you have any worries about the magnetic clasp on the chin strap my experience is they are unwarranted. After laying on the ground for several minutes to try to regain my breath from having the wind knocked out of me I dragged myself up into a sitting position and had to deliberately unclasp the chin strap same as always to remove the helmet. The clasping mechanism was completely unaffected by the fall and the impact. This was about 36 hours ago and I still feel like I got the crap beat out of me, but my head is entirely undamaged. The Xnito bike helmet is excellent in a wreck. I highly recommend you buy this helmet!

Great Helmet
My husband had decided that we needed e-bikes. So I started to research the best helmets for an e-bike. I ordered this helmet because it has the NTA8776 rating and it has both a front light and a back light for safety. When my husband received the helmet he was pleasantly surprised by the helmet. He loved the fit, look and he was surprised how light it felt on his head. He said he forgot he even had the helmet on… and that is saying a lot esp. since our bike rides are in the mid morning during the Arizona summer. He has even gotten compliments on his helmet as he was riding around. He tells everyone they should get this helmet and he even tells the local bike shops that they should carry this helmet. He loved his helmet so much, I wanted to get one for myself but my head size is too small for the helmet they currently sell. I reached out to Xnito to find out when they would be releasing the smaller size helmets. The customer service is amazing. These days I have found customer service is seriously lacking with most companies but not this one. They actually care about their customers and encourage feedback. I heard back from someone within a couple hours and they worked hard to get me a smaller size helmet before they are actually available to everyone because I am not that good of a bike rider and I didn’t want to take any chances getting hurt. They kept in contact with me through the whole ordering and receiving of the helmet. They also followed up to make sure everything was good. I have the new small size helmet and it has the magnetic buckle which is pretty cool. It took me a few minutes to figure it out but I’ve got it now. The new helmets also have the type c charging cable. To me this doesn’t really matter, but I know that it important to a lot of people. This is a great helmet. The smaller size helmets will be available soon, I do believe. Now, I haven’t had any accidents to be able to say how it holds up and I hope I never do, but this helmet covers all the important parts of our heads and I do “feel” safer having it on. They also have an accident replacement policy for the helmet if by chance you do get into an accident. Give this helmet a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised and glad you did.

We've recently purchased new e-bikes and upgraded our helmets as well. After researching a variety of the name brands and getting recommendations from friends heavily involved in cycling, we came across the Xnito helmet. After trying them on a local bike store, we were both impressed with how well they fit and covered lower at the back of our necks and across the temples. Fine-tune adjustments can also be made with the dial at the back of the helmet. The well designed dial also comes in handy if you need to loosen your helmet to accommodate a headliner or a hat. The built-in, rechargable, front and rear lights are also great for visibility and safety. The rear lights can be set in three different preferences. I was riding with my partner as it began to get dark outside and the helmet lights made it much easier to see her and to be visible to other traffic. In comparison to the three or four major brands in this price category, we felt the Xnito fit better, provided additional safety through the front and back lights, plus the improved design provided the extra head coverage. It should be noted that these helmets are rated for up to 28 mph. Most bike helmets are rated between 10 and 15 mph, which does not accommodate the faster speeds achievable on the average ebike. There's an excellent variety of colors and designs available and we both highly recommend this helmet.

Great helmet! Even my local cycle shop admired it. Feels very comfortable to the point of being weightless. Lights are good, too. OH, plus it's better safety rated than most.

I bought two of these helmets, one for me and one for my wife. Well made, super cool style and a comfortable fit. If your head size is at the end of the sizing range I suggest you grab the next one. I was at the end of a medium but had to send it back because it was to tight. Unfortunately shortly after receiving this helmet I got in an accident on my e-bike and flipped backwards suffering a broken scapula. My wife was behind me and she thought I broke my neck because of the force of my head snapping back. Not only did the helmet cushion my head on impact but also absorbed the force when it smashed into a rock. I was very lucky and was happy the helmet didn’t move on my head and protected me. I was so pleased I was going to just buy another one but then soon realized that Xnito has a free accident replacement policy. I contacted them and not only did they send me a new helmet they even changed the color for me at my request. I highly recommend this helmet for protection and customer service. Thank you Xnito!! Fantastic helmet. Love the lightS. Only complaint I would have is that the air vents get kind of noisey on windy days or if I am going fast.

I have a large head and it is difficult to find a helmet that fits and has room to wear a cap or a liner underneath. Something that is important for winter riding. I have had the chance to try it out on some very cold, windy rides this past week. It works very well. I have also had the opportunity to ride in some very heavy snow squalls and I was very glad to have lights front and rear that sitmmuch higher than my bike mounted lights. The extra coverage and the added impact resistance is important and I trust the Dutch to know what they’re doing in setting bicycle safety standards. I should also say the bike I ride the most is a very large Dutch cargo bike that I take my son to and from school on so anything that makes us more visible to traffic is a plus I’m very happy with this helmet.
