These seem to absorb well and are an affordable price. No idea if the actual ingredients of this supplement are well regulate though.

I like that these are vegan, gluten free, dairy free. They are a good value. I take two each day. Almost Everyone should take vitamin D since we all use sunscreen to block UV rays

Meh . Ok for the price
Doesn’t affect blood levels the same as more well known brands . Quality is cheaper . If you have the money, pay a few bucks more for a better quality

We've been using these capsules for years, and our Vit D levels are always in the healthy range. It's not easy to find a supplement that also incorporates K2, so this is great, and one per day is enough. Small and easy to swallow.
